Payments Refund Policy

1. Overview

Forward Path Logistics Limited values the confidence of every customer and is committed to transparency, fairness, and accountability in all service transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a customer may be eligible for a refund and the procedure for submitting such requests.

By engaging our services or making a payment to Forward Path Logistics Limited, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable for all payments made directly to Forward Path Logistics Limited except in the following circumstances:

1. When the customer makes payment directly to third-party service providers, including shipping lines, airlines, or customs authorities.

2. When goods have been received and satisfactorily delivered to the customer or consignee.

3. When services have been fully rendered in accordance with the agreed scope of work or booking confirmation.

4. Refunds are applicable only for payments made directly to Forward Path Logistics Limited and must be requested within 30 days from the date of payment.

 

3. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund, the customer must:

1. Submit a written request via email to contact@forwardpathlogistics.com

2. Provide proof of payment, the service reference or tracking number, and a brief explanation of the refund request.

3. Attach any supporting documentation such as invoices, correspondence, or receipts where applicable.

 

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to verify eligibility. Forward Path Logistics Limited may contact the customer for additional clarification or documentation.

 

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 17 working days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Where applicable, administrative or transaction charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • Partial refunds may be considered when only part of the service has been completed or where expenses have already been incurred.

 

5. Non-Refundable Payments

Refunds do not apply under the following conditions:

1. Where services have been completed or goods have been received and satisfactorily delivered.

2. Where payments were made directly to third parties (e.g., government agencies, customs, port authorities, carriers, or airlines).

 

3. Where delays, loss, or default occur as a result of actions, omissions, or negligence by the customer or their authorized agents, including but not limited to:

  • Late document submission

  • Inaccurate shipment details

  • Incorrect delivery addresses

  • Failure to comply with customs or regulatory requirements

  • Non-payment or delayed payment of applicable fees

 

Forward Path Logistics Limited is not responsible for any resulting costs, losses, or missed deadlines arising from such customer-related causes.
